Personal Mail Merge Tool
This is a personal mail merge tool. Click on the headings below to learn how to use each tab:
Configure your email account settings (SMTP server, port, username, and password). You can also test your connection and save/clear your settings.
Write the email you want to send. You can use variables like {{name}} that will be replaced with data from your data source. The rich text editor allows for basic formatting.
Import your data from a CSV file or paste it directly into the table. The first row should be the headers, which will be used as variable names in your template. You can add/remove rows and columns, and export your data.
Upload files that you want to attach to your emails. You can select attachments that will be sent to all recipients, or use a variable in the "Attachments" column of your data to specify different attachments for each recipient.
See how your emails will look before sending them. You can navigate through each email, make individual edits, and exclude specific emails from the mail merge.
After sending the emails, you can see the results of the operation in this tab, including success/failure status for each email and detailed error messages.
